Anyone have them? Is there much of a difference in these than in the standard adult models? They're priced about $80 usd above the Adult Model - is it worth buying a pair (they're still only $479.99 - alot cheaper than skips and velocity's). Rate performance please if you have a pair..
Thanks

Re: "Professional Model" Powerizers
Mon, November 13, 2006 - 8:14 PMI'm not sure exactly what model your referring to, but it sounds like your talking about powerisers with the pivoting foot plate.
If thats the case, then they are better for running and that type of thing, whereas the powerisers with fixed foot plates (like the skyrunners shown on our website www.freakish.com.au ) are better suited to actual jumping/bouncing.
Hope this helps...

Sat, November 18, 2006 - 7:27 PMI spoke with the nice fellow at xtreemimports.com and he said the only difference between the normal adult model and the pro model is that the foot platform pivots.
Personally I don't need that feature, but if they could be lighter and have better progressive rate springs I would be excited. -

Re: "Professional Model" Powerizers
Wed, March 14, 2007 - 7:48 PMyup.. here's what I found.. at this url www.xtremeimportz.com/POWERIZER_PRO.html
looks like well worth $80 more.....
The Two best things about the Powerizer Pro is the Moving foot plate and the Carbon Fibre Spring. The footplate is made out of light weight aluminium reducing the weight by 400grams and it will have an axle that will hinge up and down. (See picture below) This will allow the foot plate and the Bockers foot to flex and extend while in motion, this will give the Bocker a natural feel while jumping and running. This will allow for a more natural movement and take pressure off of the hips and low back. The Carbon Fibre Spring is exclusive only to the Powerizer brand, The new Carbon Fibre springs are 30% stronger than the original Fibre glass springs as well as being lighter. This is a huge benefit and improvement over the original Powerizers. The Powerizer Carbon Fibre spring is the strongest spring on the market guaranteed. Powerizer Pro also uses a sealed bearing instead of a bushing like the original Powerizer for smoother Bocking, less noise and less resistance. These new bearings last way longer than the others as well.
The Foot rubber can easily be replaced instead of having to replace the whole bottom metal piece, saving you time and money. The straps are stronger and easier to strap into, instead of being made of plastic, they are now made of tough nylon strapping. -

Re: "Professional Model" Powerizers
Fri, March 23, 2007 - 8:38 AMWell, it's a product. You can legally resell things in the US. Granted, if they are claiming to be authorized dealers that's not cool, but there isn't anything illegal selling powerizers.

Wed, March 28, 2007 - 2:44 PMDo you guys think these are better than the new model of PoweriSers?
If only these things had the knee cuff I'd be sold.
